I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Yukon Tag Agency for my tag renewal and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. (yes, I said “Tag Agency”, “pleasure”, and “exceptional” in the same sentence there!)

Right from the moment I stepped in, the efficiency and professionalism of the staff was evident. I was immediately greeted, which is always a great start to any service experience - but highly unexpected for a Tag Agency!). Before I could even glance at the entryway signage to see what I needed to do, I was politely asked about my needs and was requested to take a seat at one of the windows!!

The staff’s readiness to assist was honestly impressive. I did arrive prepared and had my vehicle registration, auto insurance card, and driver’s license at the ready - so they instantly got down to business. Their expertise and familiarity with the process shone through as they handled my tag renewal with remarkable speed and accuracy.

The most astounding part of my visit was the sheer speed of the service. It took only 11 minutes from walking in the door, to find myself putting my new sticker on my tag and leaving the parking lot. It was so fast I literally uttered the words “wow, that was faster than I expected!” as I was putting my car in reverse.

This review honestly took me more time to write than it took to get my tag renewed. Kudos Yukon Tag Agency - that was awesome!

I have been using this tag agency for a few years. I did not have any issues until today, and it is enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I was there to assist my son with upgrading from his permit to his license. We arrived around 8:15 am to a line of about 6 people. When the doors opened at 9 am, a rep came out and started to engage each person standing in line to determine what they needed to complete. When she arrived at the woman in front of me, she said they were now full for the am session and we could come back and stand in line at 1 pm to start over. I asked if they could take our information and set us an appointment starting at 1 pm since we have already started with a line. She said no, we would need to return at 1 pm. The rep did recommend using OKC Tag, which is north of Czech Hall behind the Taco Bell. We went to OKC Tag, were promptly greeted, advised about a 15 minute wait, which only lasted 5 minutes. We completed our process and had our paperwork in less than 15 minutes. I will never use Yukon Tag for my personal or business tag agency needs moving forward. This is a poor business practice on how to treat customers. They have a ton of paperwork posted on their windows, and I didn't bother to read all of the details on various...

I have usually had a positive experience here, however - when changing my name I ran into an issue. Everything was processed smoothly and my new id issued. The only problem being that my name did not get changed on my license. I went back on the next week asap and the lady that helped me was the rudest woman I have encountered in Oklahoma since moving here last July. Unfortunately I did not get a name but she was probably in her 50's with short grey hair and a round figure. After shaming me and speaking to me to me in one the most condescending tones I have ever heard she thankfully passed me off to another employee who was extremely sweet. But she did not leave the issue alone there. The Yukon office is small and she stood is between the two desks talking about my situation and my "sob story" to the other ladies before putting on her sunglasses, looking me up and down and smugly announcing her departure for lunch. I have been in customer service over 15 years and have never treated or been treated as poorly as I was by that woman. Her vile demeanor has left me utterly disappointed with...
