I’m not an expert on authentic Mexican food, so I can’t vouch for this place’s authenticity, but the food was incredible and everything about the place seemed authentic enough! It wasn't busy, so overall order-to-eat time was maybe like 5 minutes? I got the Carne Asada and I'll honestly be thinking about it until I die. If I'm ever in Yuma, AZ again, I'll definitely be going back to this place. On a separate note, it did feel a bit alien, going inside was more like walking into an empty grocery store. Turning it from a place I could frequent, to a place I would only go once a...

They are topped with cabbage and onions, and they serve a salsa and avacdo crema on the side. Beans were pretty on point as well. Simple menu, simple food, and whole Lotta sabor. Also they open at 5 and not a...
