Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Yuma

Unfortunately, it is a rarity to experience excellent customer service, let alone exceptional service. Our local Peter Piper Pizza in Yuma delivered! Not only was the place spotless, but the food was delicious, the prices were outstanding ($43 for two pizzas and game time for two kids), AND the customer service was terrific. Sammy (the manager) was superb from beginning to end. We left thinking about the service we received hours later, a testament to his exceptional nature. Even our young children, who are not always quick to notice such things, were deeply moved by the friendly and attentive service. Our family left with smiles that lasted all evening, a testament to the lasting impression your service made. We were not just pleasantly surprised but deeply grateful for the experience. My boyfriend called to order a pizza for takeout. Phone service was horrible. No courtesy at all. We stopped by subway to get a sandwich for me and walked over to grab his pizza. Shortly after walking in I was advised outside food wasn't allowed and told to leave. That's fine, I understand, but I wasn't going to sit down and eat. All we wanted was to go in and get his pizza. I left and sat in the car. He was inside for over 20 minutes waiting for his pizza. A manager walks by and asks him if he has been helped, he said he was waiting on his pizza. She grabs it out of the warmer. It was sitting in the warmer the whole time, he could have been given his pizza when he paid, he waited for no reason. The pizza was not terrible but limited in options. The worst part was the arcade room for the kids. You have to pay $2.00 to even get a card that you then have to pay to keep filled with "tokens" which doesn't make sense to me since we then only got one card with 48 "tokens" instead of 3 cards with 48 "tokens" each for the kids to enjoy. Literally 50% of the games then were broken. Air hockey didn't work, this terminator game was not properly calibrated, and the basketball game didn't register every shot made. There were plenty more issues but overall we will be taking the next kid to the other pizza arcade in town to avoid the tears and frustration they experienced.
