Zarafshon Milliy Taomlar — Restaurant in Bukhara City

We were walking around the city and want to have dinner. We found this place in heart of the Bukhara. This restaurant located beside of the Zarafshan hotel. Place looks nice and cool in t hot weather. Staff welcomed us. We got in then order food. I wait for my food quite long when I order them as I mention to the waiter would be nice if no onion in my food cause of my allergy. After quite long waiting my food arrived but there is a onion in the food and meat was so tough even I couldn’t ate that. I can’t believe how those place can do that. As I thought this is only for me but this happen same to my friend. To be honest I would not recommend that place for dinner. Also there is place on the terrace and they were worth then that place the name of the place il Cortile Service was zero and they put on the bill 15% service charge as they said I must to pay for it. But they even didn’t clean the table after I finished my diner. I’ve been many countries but I never seen someone force me to pay service charge but this is not acceptable for nowhere. Those two place was one of my nightmare experience...

Most worst experience I had in this restaurant,the waiter did not even properly took my order ,he has brought a pizza and a milkshake on his own without asking what do I prefer to have!! It is a real hell for vegetarian foodies ,as there is even vegetarian food in the menu , they act like they understand customers English ,but they do not really and brought me something else not even asking!! The service too is very much delayed and there is 15% service tax (which is actually do not worth at all),waste of money and time in total!! I usually do not recommend to anyone...

Absolutely worst place to go! Bunch of guys smoking and whole resto stinks, despite guy was cute and friendly nothing came out good. Food was so bad that I hope not to get sick. Was a mistake to go there. Falafel was over cooked, hummus was finished despite I waited for 20min and I ordered food without onion and got plenty of them. New food arrived just chicken and nothing aside. They didn’t even bother to cut tomatoes. Best they still...
