Charming in Photos, Disappointing in Reality

At first glance, the restaurant looks like a dream – beautiful photos with the atmosphere of a madrasa, stunning private rooms that promise a unique experience. The reality? Only if there are more than two of you. If you're just a couple, you'll be taken – without explanation – to a basement dining room that has none of the charm shown online.

The service? A rude young woman who doesn’t speak even basic Russian or English and doesn’t make the slightest effort to be helpful. When we asked about payment, she didn’t even get up – she just called us over to the counter.

The food was excellent, no doubt about that. It's a shame that the whole experience is ruined by service that’s below the level of an average cafeteria. Such a beautiful setting deserves a completely different approach to guests.

Verdict: Worth it for the food, but only if you're not bothered by an unpleasant atmosphere and unhelpful staff. And if you want to enjoy the beautiful interior from the photos, make sure to book for a larger group – otherwise, you'll end up in...

Если ты один или двое вас то вам присесть можно будет только в подвале где два пацана колхозника вас будут обслуживать, там ремонтхороший но депрессивный всё в серых тонах и трубы шумят ) Посуда там вся ЗАЛЯПАНАЯ придётся салфеткой всё вытирать, а на первом этаже и на втором только кабинки минимум человек на 5 , поэтому только подвал ) ШУРПА вкусна на отлично а кусковой шашлык баранина недожарен...

Ресторан открылся недавно, решил для интереса посетить. Место очень понравилось. Красивая обстановка, есть тематическое кабинки. Еда очень вкусная, особенно шашлыки. Необычная подача блюд....
