Franklin's BBQ & Steakhouse — Restaurant in Tashkent

I ordered delivery today from 24 express. I was very impressed with the photos of the dishes at Franklin's. Since it's a Friday, my friend and I went unhealthy with wings and nachos. The wings were fine. We liked the sauce even though it wasn't that spicy. More like mild to medium spicy if basing it on American levels. The picture shows 8 or 9 wings, and the order size is supposed to be 350 grams. But we got 6 smaller looking wings, with 3-4 very thin and short slices of carrots or celery. I'm guessing the serving size is at most 200 grams. The nachos were the worst part. The chips are good. It's got a tiny level of spice (low-mild level). The ingredients in the picture are not the same. There were no jalapeno peppers and fresh onions. There were very tiny 1-2 milligram square cuts of veggies that stuck into the cheese. I'm guessing tomato, green pepper, and something else. It's small and difficult to know. The cheese they used was very smoky, which I believe is the chechil cheese used for snacks or beer. The chicken was fine. The combination of the chechil (?) cheese and chicken, however wasn't appetizing. It stuck together and tasted weird. It also didn't look good at all. It tastes nothing like nachos do in Texas or in Mexico. The delivery speed however wasn't bad. Our order was accepted quickly and it took less than an hour to receive it. Overall, we don't recommend the nachos. The wings are fine but we got 150-200 grams instead of 350 and that's with the veggies. The nacho size was around 350 grams, but we threw most away in the garbage - which I don't think I ever did with nachos before, even when in China. Pretty disappointing to pay around 100,000, have 3 wings each for 2 people and eat a few bad tasting nachos. Luckily there was a market nearby so we could get more food :(. It's very disappointing that the photos used don't match what you get, both in terms of quantity and ingredients. And, hello Franklin's, do you have a vegetable shortage? The total amount of carrots, cucumber and other veggies from both the nachos and wing order, might be around the size of one thumb on a normal...

Стоит отметить что Franklin's один из немногих цифровых заведений где мы побывали, так как у этого заведения меню можно открыть через ваш телефон, а также есть свой телеграм бот для заказа на дом или офис.

Посещение. В очередной раз я со своей спутницей решал сложный вопрос "Куда пойти поесть?" 😁 Нас обоих потянуло на мясное. Решили поехать в Franklin's, приехав решили посидеть на террасе так как погода была отличная. Нам сразу принесли плед на всякий случай, вдруг кто-то замерзнет. Официант принёс нам меню, а после подошла девушка и показала что мы можем открыть меню прямо у нас на телефоне. Для этого необходимо чтобы у вас был Андроид телефон с поддержкой NFC, далее включаете его на телефоне и приподносите к специальному NFC считывателю на столе с надписью "touch", далее меню открывается у вас на телефоне (интернет должен быть включен). Изучив меню остановились на стейках. Дождавшись нашего заказа убедились что ожидания стоили того, стейки well done прожарки были мягкими и вкусными. Ягодный чай и корзина хлебного ассорти помогли заполнить наши голодные желудки до отметки Full 😋

Обслуживание и сервис. Официанты тут отзывчивые, к нам подходили несколько раз за время ужина и спрашивали "всё ли в порядке, нет ли недостатков". На жесты вызова реагируют сразу, приносят по возможности быстро. Главное блюдо (стейки) ждали 20-25 минут. Единственный нюанс был в том, что забыли наш салат и принесли его после главного блюда. Салат был острый хотя в меню не было указано что он острый. Я не против остроты, но моя спутница была слегка шокирована остротой салата, а после стейка вовсе не осталось места для него 😁 Тут есть и детская площадка для юных гостей. Уборная в отличном состоянии. Для желающих есть кальян.

Заказ и чек. Наш заказ: Стейк Биф брискет, Стейк Филе миньон, Чикен барбекю салат, Хлебная корзина, Ягодный чай, Милкшейк Единорог + Обслуживание 20% = 404 400 сум. Сумма адекватная, сервис и еда соответствует цене. Чек с QR-кодом не дали (через приложение soliquz вам возвращается 1% кешбек).
