One of the most expensive restaurants in the city with a dance floor, positions itself as a place with a high level of service. I’d like to book a table for my mother's birthday. During discussing the menu, reservation conditions and the evening program, the manager did not even offer a welcome drink (water, tea, coffee). The manager announced the standard daily program according to the official restaurant regulations: 19:00 ethnic music on national instruments, 20:00 live music, 21:30 congratulations of the birthday celebrators, 21:40 waiters performance and a 15% discount on the final bill as a birthday gift, the rest of the time a DJ’s program. Moreover, the official standard daily program can be violated in the absence of a large number of guests. In this case, the cancellation of the waiters' dance as a gift. I planned to book a table not on my mother's birthday, but 1 day later. I kindly asked the manager to do me a favor and keep the 15% birthday discount a day later. Then I received a categorical refusal, as this violates the official restaurant regulations. Thus, the restaurant managment has the right to violate the rules and change the official evening program depending on the number of guests, but at the same time cannot make concessions and make an exception, give the client a pleasant festive atmosphere and/or offer the best solution that I regularly proactively requested. As a result, I received only a categorical refusal. Surely I cancelled the reservation. The restaurant, surrounding and service at first glance look beautiful, exquisite, but in fact the service is really backward and absolutely doesn’t match the beautiful cover and prices. I absolutely do not recommend...

Khan Chapan – A Memorable Uzbek Dining Experience by the River.

Nestled beside a peaceful riverbank in Tashkent, Khan Chapan Restaurant offers visitors an unforgettable introduction to Uzbek hospitality and cuisine. Our group of 25 dined here during our stay in the capital, and it was the perfect setting for a farewell evening before returning home to Greece.

We were treated to a delicious three-course traditional Uzbek menu—each dish beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and generous in portion. The attention to detail was evident not only in the food but also in the warm service. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, discreet, and always smiling, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout the evening.

The indoor dining area was immaculate, with elegant decoration and tasteful lighting that highlighted the space’s refined yet romantic ambiance. Adding to the charm of the night was a talented young band performing popular international songs. Their music encouraged us to sing along and even get up to dance—an unexpected highlight that added joy and energy to the experience.

Although we didn’t use the outdoor space, we noticed it was just as well-maintained. Khan Chapan is a place where great food, warm hospitality, and asian atmosphere come together...

I have recently visited the Khan Chapan Restaurant in Tashkent during our vacation with family and friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The ambience of the restaurant was cozy and inviting.

We decided to try variety of dishes, including briskets, Ribeye steak, shurpa, Dolma, and Beshbarmak. Each dish was expertly prepared and tasted absolutely delicious. It was evident that the ingredients used were of the highest quality, and the flavors were truly authentic.

However, what truly stood out to us was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Begzod. He went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was perfect. Not only did he recommend the best dishes, but he also took the time to explain each one and its cultural significance. He was attentive, helpful, and extremely generous, making our visit even more memorable.

Overall, our experience at Khan Chapan Restaurant was fantastic, thanks to the delicious food and exceptional service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent. Thank you, Khan Chapan and Mr. Begzod, for the warm hospitality and delicious food. We will definitely be back on...
