This is the best pizzeria I've been to in Venezuela, and I can say it's the best I've visited in Latin America in 2025. It's a small, cozy place with few tables and excellent service. The menu is perfect, neither too long nor too short. I highly recommend the antipasto; it's TOP! It's a quite complete starter with arugula in the center of the plate with a balsamic vinegar reduction, accompanied by thinly sliced mortadella, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, black olives, pears with honey, Parmesan cheese, and focaccia to go with it. The pizzas are excellent; I ordered a Margherita with prosciutto and a Gavia, both top-notch! The crust was perfect, the tomato sauce flavorful, and no flavor overpowered any of the ingredients the Gavia pizza had, such as artichoke, truffle, basil, cheese, etc.! The place has a very cozy and homey atmosphere which is lovely for the whole family to experience a night out or a Sunday lunch. Details and design are very present in the place. The people and service are nice and friendly. Price and quality are right on point. And the pizzas have new and traditional flavors at the same time. The pizza does not make fill super bloated. Personally I don’t enjoy very creamy deserts but the tiramisu is another level! The cream is also light and not super sweet.
