The good things are the blackjack tables have actual cards, not digital, and the staff are nice. The people that work there are polite and friendly. The bad things are many. First of all they have a two-drink (alcohol) Maximum. That's right, not minimum, if you have two beers at the casino, then you can't drink anymore. They're not even free drinks, you pay for these drinks. I've never heard of a casino not wanting you to get a little buzzed and lose money. Why on Earth would you have a two-drink maximum policy when the customer is paying for the drinks? Management - do you know why Las Vegas gives out free drinks? So people bet more and lose more money - which means you make more money. Another problem is the Pit Bosses micromanage the dealers to the point where the dealer has to get approval for each and every money payout from every single player for every single hand. It's crazy ridiculous. Doesn't matter how small the bet is. It slows everything down quite a bit. Try to give your dealer's a little room to breathe. Management - the faster you deal out the cards the more money you make. Also the staff does not speak English for the most part, as well as most of the other customers. If you're the only one that speaks English, and there is no one to talk to, and you want to listen to music - you can't do that either. They won't let you listen to music with your headphones. The two star rating I gave is a pretty generous one. I don't know how you guys are making money over there but you sure could make a whole lot more if your rules weren't so stupid. Management- think about restructuring your rules because you're losing a lot of money and I would assume customers. I myself will be looking for another place. Hopefully...

Review of the Casino: Very very bad. It is exactly as what others have said. The staff are very rude and their tone is as though you owe them a living.

The environment also is very lousy as well. You're literally just walking into a smoking room filled with extremely thick smoke. Everywhere you go, youre just a human air purifier if you dont smoke. No point winning money and losing time on your life going there.

The games literally have no payout. Imagine striking a scatter free game with a bet of 0.80usd and the bonus game pays out 2.60usd. What a joke.

Worst casino I’ve been in my life. No poker. Only 3 or 4 different games to play. No cameras and videos allowed which is super suspicious. Overall, super boring and on top of that the staff at the foreign exchange were extremely rude. Chinese and Koreans were allowed to exchange their USD to VND. However, as a Vietnamese America they only let me exchange my money back for USD, the original currency I used. Previously I had no problem. Extremely disappointed as a fellow Viet.
