Minbrew Coffee Lab — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

This warm cozy café was definitely my favorite place during my 2-month stay in Danang. The baristas and the owner are super friendly and very skilled. I went there regularly, several times a week, but they never ceased to surprise me with different beans and drinks. The owner told me that he wanted to surprise his clients with different flavors each time they visited. Arts and decorations are handcrafted by a local artist, and the music style is calm/cozy. Espresso/latte is served in uniquely designed cups which enrich the coffee experience. Espresso cups were carefully dialed and coldbrew drinks were simply amazing. Phin coffee (vietnamese brewing method) was mouthful and delicious. And last but not least, the beans served at this café are roasted in-house. Depending on your taste, you can ask the owner and he will let you take home (you have to pay, of course) some tasty treat. I love the cozy ambience in this cafe shop. Needless to say that the coffee is supreme. The owner is actually a coffee connoisseur n we were charmed by his passion for coffee beans.
