✨在峴港的最後一天,旅行社安排了一頓超豐盛的海鮮大餐~ ✨焗烤龍蝦,一上桌就聞到濃濃的起司香,龍蝦肉超級彈牙,搭配烤得微焦的起司,吃起來超級過癮,但那個鮮甜的味道真的值得,不過台灣的焗烤龍蝦還會加點美乃滋,越南的沒加感覺少了一味,但勝在龍蝦新鮮,怎樣都好吃。 ✨超澎派的螃蟹火鍋,這鍋根本是海鮮總匯,料多到快滿出來~裡面有螃蟹、花枝、小卷、番茄、豆腐、玉米、金針菇、起司球、蛤蜊、蝦子,。湯底是用番茄熬的,喝起來酸酸甜甜很開胃,裡面的螃蟹肉超飽滿,用筷子一挖就整塊出來,花枝和小卷咬起來QQ的,完全不會韌,蝦子和蛤蜊也很新鮮,尤其是蛤蜊,一顆沙都沒有,肉又肥。我們加了兩次湯,最後連玉米和金針菇都煮到吸飽湯汁,超入味,再來點王子面跟起司球,超讚。 ✨炒飯,米飯粒粒分明,加了一點蔥花和蛋香,我們拿來配火鍋料超搭。 ✨雞蛋豆腐,只能說豆腐本身就好吃,基本怎麼做都不會差到哪。 ✨清蒸魚,蒸的時間剛剛好,魚肉熟透但不會老,淋上熱油、醬油和蔥絲,簡單的調味反而更能吃出魚本身的鮮甜 ✨炒高麗菜,清脆爽口,剛好平衡整桌的濃郁海鮮。 ✨這頓飯吃了蠻久的,大家邊吃邊聊旅行中的趣事,同行阿姨很親切,還拿出山竹分每人兩顆,超好吃,不愧是果后!!!
