Mongkok Biên Hòa — Restaurant in Biên Hòa City

A spacious hongkong restaurant that offers a wide range of options. Seats are comfy and lighting is good for photography. Minus one star for using plastic bowls and dishes that looked very old, kinda affected my appetite a bit. As for the food:

Roasted duck chow mein: well seasoned, well balance. Lots of veggies. Loved the shitake mushrooms in it. But too little duck to even recognise that the dish wasn't vegetarian.

Assorted dimsums: lovely dimsums, though quite pricey compared to other places and it was not as excellent as the price tried to hint. And the amount was not much. But heavily recommend the shrimp choung fun (banh cuon tom), it was the star! The chicken feet could've used a bit of salt though since it was quite bland compared to its beautiful brown colour.

Stir fried spinach with century eggs: also recommended.

Honey charsiu: tasted just like... normal charsiu. Tender and well balanced. Could've been juicier and thicker though.

Drinks: tasty, wayyyy better...

The food was too greasy, cheaply made, and with poor quality ingredients. They just try to make their food “look like” the actual food. For the cream of the dessert, they actually mixed mayonnaise with food coloring and presented it as the dipping cream for the dessert. When we told them, they said that’s why they had. There were 3,4 kittle kids screaming from their lungs. We asked the waiters many times to stop them but no luck. We paid around 1 million for really really terrible...

Mình có order há cảo tôm, mì hải sản, sườn sụn mềm xào chua ngọt, chân gà hấp tàu xì, lẩu bò mongkok. Quán có sự đổi mới về không gian, thực đơn và cả về nhân sự. Tuy nhiên mình thấy chất lượng món ăn k dc chú trọng. -Há cảo tôm sử dụng 100% tôm thủy tinh, tôm giòn mọng nhưng lại mất luôn mùi và vị ngọt và khi mang lên cho mình thì tôm còn sống chưa chín kĩ. -mì hải sản, tương tự món há cảo, fillet cá, tôm, mực đều xử lý nước tro nên khi ăn hoàn toàn mất đi vị ngọt của hải sản thay vào đó chỉ thấy giòn và nhạt, k còn mùi đặc trưng của cá tôm mực. sườn sụn mềm xào chua ngọt, thịt cũng dc xử lý cho mềm khi cắn vào khá giòn, k cảm nhận dc rõ độ dai của sớ thịt. Thịt nồng mùi ngũ vị còn sốt thì siêu ngọt rất khó ăn. chân gà nêm nếm bình thường khá nồng mùi quế hồi, k hợp khẩu vị mình lắm. lẩu bò mongkok, ngược lại với món sườn, nước lẩu khá mặn, so với giá thì thịt bò có vẻ ít ( 5 cuộn ba chỉ bò mì, 5 viên bò , 1 ít thịt bò tái) k bao gồm mì/bún. Điểm cộng duy nhất là món ăn lên khá nhanh, k phải chờ lâu. Nhân viên đông nhưng k chuyên nghiệp. 1 trải nghiệm k tốt, mình...
