Malaysian style curry house. Other comments about how the roti is made/served shows that they have not really traveled the diaspora and don’t understand the hundreds of millions of Indians who took this food around the world over a millennia.

Is this an Indian restaurant? No.

Does it have Indian flavours and Malay style? Yes.

Is the food decent? Absolutely.

Will you get a different base or recipe based on the protein. Probably not.

If you’re craving this type of food in the absence of the real deal, you’ll be fine.

Plus points: ca ri bò was served very quickly with a decent amount of protein. Roti canai we’re also equally served quickly and were smoking hot! High satiety.

I was happy with eating here rather than siting on the street and possibly having to eat something local and dubious.

I was wishing for a curry and found this place which is not Indian run but actually A Viet interpretation. They have achieved a decent menu with a satisfactory taste. I had the chicken curry with roti kanai. The roti was from frozen pre made and rather hard. The chicken curry had a good flavour but the consistency was too thin and the chicken needed to marinate in spices to soften it. The potatoes had been added later and had not soaked up...
