We went to the bakery in the evening at around 20.30. When we arrived, the staffs were already cleaning out so we did not have much options. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. There are seatings on the second floor with stairs only, and the area is cozy along with balconies for smoking, which is suitable for family and friends outing. The bakery is also offering free water for dine-in customers on the second floor. We sometimes go there for the weekend, and I would highly recommend to visit off-peak hour, usually it is quiet at evening time. In my opinion, I believe that Bread Factory is doing well with their sandwiches, and sausages (they are tasty, not the dough), while I am not impressed with their drinks and pastries, they are just alright. Bakery by Kim, maybe a rising star in Hanoi. They are busy even during daytime, and for sure many Korean customers. Many kinds of breads, they have baking schedule for certain types. Reasonable prices and quality is quite okay. I picked some breads, the pumpkin bread is yummy, filling a lot of pumpkin inside. Scones are not so buttery, dry (i prefer it to be a little bit moist) and quite sweet for the matcha (because of white choco), taste of matcha is not so strong. Triple scone and chocolate one are better. Cinnamon roll with a big portion is okay. Not very impressed with their drink. Haven’t tried their bingsu. They do have a wide range of dessert cakes and pastries. I ordered 4 types but they are all too sweet for my taste. The cakes look delicious and make you want to buy them all though. Since I don’t like overly sweet cakes, I rate theirs 3/5. Cake texture was ok though.

Atmosphere: I came here during weekend afternoon so it was crowded. Small seatings. It locates in Korean neighborhoods so it was crowded with Korean guests (mostly families). I don’t like crowded places either so next time I’ll order delivery only.
