Pizza 4P's Aeon Mall Ha Dong — Restaurant in Hà Nội

2nd update : Now I'm a regular customer of this place, I have visited this place more than 4 times, I'm so glad that they try to achieve perfection in their service. I highly appreciate the hospitality of Mr Dung & all his team members. I will be visiting them more often because 3 days out of 7 days I eat at 4Ps lol 😂

Update: The management here is very serious about making the customers satisfied. Mr Dung, the Manager, personally reached out to me and tried to do everything he can do to satisfy me. As I previously mentioned Food is top quality, service is good and better than many other restaurants. Because of their personal approach to satisfy a customer I'm very pleased and giving them a better rating however they will get 5* from me when they change their decorations & Ambiance at the restaurant.

Old review: Ambiance of the restaurant is really bad. Their other branches have 1000 times better ambiance. Service is good but whenever restaurant is crowded, staff struggles. Especially on weekends. Atmosphere isn't good at all, as I mentioned above, this branch might have the worst ambiance among all the 4ps branches. Pizza was soft and delicious as usual but it came very late. Pre-ordered the food at 8.45-8.50pm and when I arrived the restaurant 9.05pm - 9.10pm, I still needed to wait about 20mins. Which is not acceptable. Lastly, Mr Mani not Mr Mummy as the waiter pronounced when I arrived, I feel like, they can't really read their own...

The food is good but it's not outstanding. My expectations have been elevated due to a very impressive rating but this didn't fully match my expectations. The pizzas we ordered were quite unique in the sense that they didn't come with a tomato base. I especially enjoyed the four cheese pizza. Overall they both were quite tasty yet the dough was extremely thin. While for some this is is an attribute, it's not my thing. The cheese platter was very basic and it's not something I'd go for again. Objectively, the restaurant maintains a high standard. It was clean and the atmosphere was friendly. However, the service was just unusual. We were served a tiny bit of olive oil each time and had to ask for a refill at least four times.

Also, if your stomach is sensitive be wary with the ice cubes in the water. My visit ended up with a stomach ache - not sure what provoked it. I only ate at...

It's hard for me to say, but I have to. I had made a reservation, but unfortunately, I had to wait 2-30 minutes past my reservation time before being served. It's still fine, the food tastes well and is on time for us. Due to time constraints, I opted to take my food to go. While the staff agreed to pack it for me, the packaging was not sealed properly. I didn’t check it because I usually find that your restaurant packs food very carefully. However, the services today made me feel like every step of the process was handled carelessly. The staff seemed to be just trying to rush through serving customers without genuinely caring about the dining experience.

This was my first visit here, and I don’t want to judge the whole process based on just one try, but I hope you understand why I felt compelled to leave...
