Absolutely furious and disappointed. Took my family here because we were staying at the hotel next door and needed a decent meal. Big mistake. We sat down, ordered both food and drinks then waited 40 minutes. Not a single thing was served. Not even water. Our kids were crying thirsty, and still, no drinks came out first.

When I went to check, the kitchen was complete chaos, staff running around like headless chickens, forgetting orders left and right, while the poor head chef was the only one actually doing anything. The restaurant wasn’t even full, it was a normal Saturday night, so there’s absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence.

I finally had enough, decided to leave, and still paid for everything, including food that never even made it to the table. The restaurant tried to offer a 10% discount as if that was doing me a favor, what an insult.

Bonus insult: when we got back, we found out our takeaway (cold steak, seafood pasta, and lasagna) came with no cutlery. None. So now we’re stuck with a bag of cold food we can’t even eat.

This place is a total disaster — disorganized, careless, and utterly disrespectful to paying customers....

Everything you’ve read about this beautiful restaurant is true! The chef is extremely welcoming (I was originally sat at a smaller table for just myself and he offered for me to sit at a much larger table for a better view of the kitchen/dining room - the most caring touch) and passionate about his creations. The staff is just as friendly and wonderful. The bolognese was perfect I witnessed another patron get the spaghetti tossed in a cheese wheel (the chef comes out and does this table side himself) and it looked delicious! Limoncello to finish off the dinner was great! Highly recommend for delicious Italian and wonderful dining experience...
