This "restaurant" basically exists only for the tour boats - it's not a real restaurant. We walked here from the pier which took us over an hour. About halfway here we realized we really should have rented a motorbike in town as we saw there would be no way to hail a cab or motorbike taxi back! We arrived around 4pm and the place was deserted and looked closed. After looking around a bit, we found a woman working at the restaurant and she kind of reluctantly said we can order off the menu, which we greatly appreciated. Food was okay - but hey, we were happy to have a meal and some cold beer after walking so far - and there's literally nothing else between here and the pier! The beach here was pretty nice as well and it was chill to have it almost to ourselves. There were a few other random tourists, the restaurant workers lounging in the hammocks and a kind of park guard who came over and charged us each a 10.000VND "fee" to use the beach. It's a pretty small beach, so if there were 100 tourists there it would be pretty crowded. Go around sunset by motorbike and wouldn't count on the restaurant being open.

Absolutely gorgeous setting. Deep-fried spring rolls and fried rice were bland and unremarkable, but it didn't matter, because we got to relax under the palms at this gorgeous beach. Drinks were cold and cheap. Staff friendly. Monkeys, not so much

Over priced seafood. Just eat at the restaurants next to the pier (almost half the price if not more). Had an order of Oc vu nang which are claims with shells the shape of cones (250k for 9) and steamed squid (200k).

The beach is nice though. Didn’t stay long as the boats were coming in and dropping off tourists.

FYI same owner as Monkey Homestay and bar so be wary of their...

We ate here as part of a boat tour to the island and food was laid on for us. Good variety of local dishes ranging from tuna to greens and soup. I love all asian food and this was pretty OK for "tour" standards. No complaints at all + just in front of the cafe you can sleep off the lunch in deck chairs and hammocks watching the taxi boats...
