It was a hot June afternoon and we were looking for a little break from the mid day sun. The cafe looked inviting, thus we took a seat under the shade of a street side tree. Seeing that we were still uncomfortable, our server mentioned the air conditioned 2nd floor which offered us a much better escape from the heat.

The place is eclectic, as a coffee shop should be. A mix of tropical jungle, library and back room hideaways. It put a smile on my face before even sampling their offerings.

Iced Coffee is something new to me, but like a new country, you must experience new things. Simply put, I am now addicted to the stuff! My wife enjoyed some fruity concoction, to be honest, I have no idea what it was, but she finished it off in no time!

Departing, I took advantage of the small selection of books and bought a book about life on the other side of the war, as well as a custom blended bag of coffee, of which I am enjoying right now in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

This place will be on my "go-to" list upon...

One of the best coffee houses I have visited in this part of Vietnam. It is a little bit out of the way, but that is what makes it so special. It is like a green, lush oasis with some of the best oral coffees. 1 can find. They roast their own beans and have multiple brewing methods from drip to cold brew. They are currently the most delicious concoction called. Hearten— a cold brew, coffee, infused with hibiscus flour that has been soaking in a simple syrup infusing the red flavor. It is like nothing. I’ve tasted before in my life with a sweet foamy top. Sit out in the green covered garden cooled by fans and the gentle trickling sound of water dripping off the roof for a Zen experience and a pure immersive...
