Karaoke Trung Kính — Restaurant in Hà Nội

We ordered 4 different types of Pho which ranges around 50,000 per bowl (~$2). The food was okay, the broth was not as hot as I expected (I expected a steaming hot bowl of broth). Compared to other restaurants at the same price ranges, I can say that we got more slices of beef and the meat quality was excellent. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly, overall great atmosphere. It can get really busy at lunchtime and some tables might not be cleaned, however I guess that's fine since the staffs cleaned them pretty fast and they were very professional. If you want a good time with friends or love ones then I highly recommend this restaurant. However if you're just looking for a quick meal and a bit tight on money then there are better...

Waiting for nearly 20 minutes but did not get served while other guests coming later were already served. Even though we remind the waitress two times about our ordering. This is not the first time this kind of service happens for us but today we are busy of work and could not have the breakfast on time. It's understandable that the serving time might be longer when there are too many guests. But the point is that at the third time we reminded the waitress, they just started making the dish for us. It's totally disappointed and we cancelled the order and go out...

2023年9月1日追記 前回行った時にあまりにも美味しすぎて、また来てしまった。相変わらず美味しい！食べたかったのが時間帯で注文できず前回と同じものを注文。辛くて美味しかった。一緒に行った方々も大満足で良かった。

Postscript, September 1, 2023. It was so good the last time I was there that I had to come back. Delicious as always! I wanted to eat but couldn't order at the time and ordered the same thing as last time. It was spicy and delicious. I am glad that the people I went with were also very satisfied.

フォーといえばここ！と教えてもらってきたけど他のどの店よりも綺麗！そして、フォーのバリエーションも豊富です。辛いのとレギュラーなのを頼みましたがどちらもめちゃくちゃ美味しい。ここはおすすめできますね。ただ、ビールは常温で氷が入って提供されます。キンキンに冷えたビールが飲みたかったけどそれもまた良い経験ということで。近くがコリアタウンみたいになってるからなのかな。スパイシーフォーは辛味の中に旨みがすごくてスープ飲み干してしまいました！ちなみに黒いエプロンが出てきたところもポイントが相当高い。日本みたいなサービス品質！

Pho is the place to go! and I've been told that it is more beautiful than any other restaurant I've been to! And there are so many variations of pho. I ordered a spicy one and a regular one, and both were delicious. I can recommend this place. However, the beer is served at room temperature with ice. I would have liked to have had a cold beer, but that was also a good experience. I wonder if it is because the neighborhood is like a Korea Town. The spicy pho was so spicy and tasty that I drank up all the soup! By the way, the black aprons that came out were also quite a point. Service quality...
