Rita Võ Cafe Quận 8 — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Now, those of you who regularly read my reviews will know that I genuinely try to provide the information you need to make an informed decision on whether to check a place out or not. You would also know that it takes a lot for me to criticize a place. Well, as much as I have tried to get past it, the afternoon/evening customer service at this coffee shop is simply atrocious. The staff member, there is only one, makes loud personal phone calls, refuses to do the table service doesn't hand back change (plonks it on the counter), sits around playing on social media, shows annoyance when he has ro serve a customer and is generally unhappy. I could list other more specific issues with his customer service but I think you get the idea. It's a shame such an unprofessional person works there because it would be puite a pleasant coffee shop if he didn't. Nếu so với quán cafe Salla đối diện xéo bên đường thì Rita Võ khá là yên tĩnh, không gian ít người nên khá thoáng.

Không rõ là vào sáng cuối tuần ra sao, nhưng có vẻ phù hợp để ngồi tĩnh lặng, học hành hoặc làm việc, không phù hợp lắm để dẫn trẻ nhỏ vào.

Nhìn sang bên là khu bán hàng thiết bị vệ sinh và trang trí nội thất cũng khá đẹp.

Cafe cũng khá ổn, phục vụ tạm được, không nhiệt...

Mở quán cafe ra nhưng cái gì cũng không có, bán cả đồ ăn nhưng xin 1 cốc nước lọc cũng không có. Mình nói rằng mình không uống ly nhựa, mình xin vào ly thủy tinh nhưng đều nhận 1 câu trả lời từ nhân viên là KHÔNG CÓ!

Trong khi đó ly thủy tinh thì trên kệ rất nhiều....
