Let me start by saying that The Posh Duck Kitchen in Ho Chi Minh City left a real impression on me. It wasn't just another tourist trap, even though the location was pretty central. The place had a genuine charm, a kind of local buzz that made me feel welcome.
I wasn't sure what to expect from the menu – it seemed like a fusion of different influences, but everything sounded so interesting. I ended up going with a duck curry that was absolutely divine. The duck was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. The curry itself was rich and flavorful, with a good balance of spice and creaminess. It was easily one of the best curries I've ever had.
The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. They were happy to answer my questions about the menu and make recommendations. I could tell they were passionate about the food and the restaurant, which just added to the whole experience.

Read moreThis a really good place for eating and studying at the same time. I experienced once with a session of cooking at QCA and it was amazing. I got free material with high quality to cook Italian food and made really good dish with guidance from teacher. The price for the course is incredible, just 20 usd/ 2 dishes that I can enjoy at restaurant right at the door of cooking class kitchen or bring back home. They offer amazing foods for lunch and dinner with varified dishes to choose. I will be back with my friends to enjoy the rest of the menu. Beijing Duck was offered and I additionally requested the Roti Canai (missing this dish from my travels to Malaysia and Singapore.)
Both dishes were ok although service temperatures were low. Fulfillment on orders for drinks were a bit slow. (-1 point, as this is not a busy-ness issue per se but more of a management and feedback issue).
Dishes were worthwhile and the restaurant does bode an additional look to see how it operates under normal circumstance.
Location is perfect for those in District 7 and the adjacent business parks.
Will be back to investigate...
