Be Café (Jazz Cafe & Bar) — Restaurant in Hue City

Superrrr cool place. They do live Jazz music on Saturday night (8:30pm) . I’d recommend reserving a table in advance as it’s a small venue that fills quickly. Both Vietnamese and English songs were sung as well as instrumentals. The musicians and singers were all amazing!! The drinks were delicious and are well priced as the show is free and the prices cover staff and artists. The staff was so so friendly and made sure everyone had a great time

We came here on an “off night” (i.e not a Saturday). A woman there told us that they typically only do music on Saturdays, but we were welcome to stay for a drink. The place was mostly empty other than us, but soon the owner came downstairs and started chatting with us. He explained that he transformed his home into a jazz club and is working to create a vibrant jazz scene in Hue. I ended up jamming with the local “artist in residence” for most of the evening. Was an amazing, memorable night! Wish I could have come back for a Saturday...

Be Café is a fantastic place, with good music, good atmosphere, good coffee, and amazing people around.
