Best known for their marinated grilled pork, served as kind of sping roll (banh cuon thit nuong) or in a bowl with rice noodles (bun thit nuong). The speciality is the Bánh ướt which literally means "wet cake" — it's a soft, thin, steamed rice noodle sheet (similar to rice paper but silkier and more tender). The meal starts with a rather strange cold soup called "cháo" (rice porridge/congee) which to be honest wasn't quite what I was expecting but is supposed to be a palate cleanser before the meal. There are only 3 items on the menu: grilled pork (70k VND), Grilled pork with noodles (30k VND) and grilled pork rolls (25k VND) they are very similar but it's still worth it to try all 3. The dipping sauce is great, the peanut sauce we liked a bit less.
