Was here on 3/2/2024, apart from the pretty rooftop photos I took, the rest of the experience here was a series of disappointments. Atmosphere: 8.5/10. We booked a table very early, but unfortunately we couldn't get a seat outside. They moved us inside to a rather large wooden table near the bar, the table was shaking back and forth and they had no way to fix it completely. (And the staff apologized to us: 1 time) Food 3/10: Very bad, our steak was too bitter, we also ordered a medium, in return, we received a plate that was almost RAW, it was very red, the sauce that came with it was not good at all (In addition, they served the wrong sauce, the staff apologized to us 2 times). Every cut and bite was a torture. Pizza was very dry and tasteless, the pizza crust was very hard. Carbonara, too salty. Service 2/10: As mentioned above they moved us to a rickety wooden table, when we arrived the waitress asked "Have you booked a table?", I told her, she asked my name but it wasn't on the list, she had to ask another waitress next to her, they checked the list again and my name was there. (And they apologized to me for the 3rd time) Also, while we were eating, we heard the staff (He wasn't wearing a staff uniform, probably the manager, idk) apologize to a customer at another table This was the 4th time I heard the word Sorry in such a short period of time, the first time I've seen it when eating out. While we were eating, they hired a studio (or something) to review the restaurant for them, the result was 3-4 people running around the restaurant very chaotically taking pictures...

Great atmosphere and aesthetic definitely recommend coming here for photos more than food. The service here is not bad but also nothing on the good side. Waiters messed up orders and bringing us the wrong orders, even though there were only 4 tables including ours. They forgot one of our drinks but thats okay. The food here is a huge disappointment for us. We ordered a steak, chicken and mushroom soup and other food aswell. they all taste fine, the steak we ordered was medium rare but when we cut open the steak it was raw so we ask the chef to re-do it. When it they gave us back the plate of steak it was sadly still very raw .. we sent it back again and this time it was better ( less raw. ) Also the steak was chewy too. The chicken was also raw. The mushroom soup. If you want to eat mushroom soup that has the texture of someone chewed the mushroom and spit it back out this is the best place for you! Pizza is great! Its the best thing we ate. Đánh giá 2 sao vì cách làm việc của nhân viên quán. Ngày 02/06 mình và bạn trai tới quán ăn vì thấy Facebook quảng cáo quán có chương trình khuyến mãi “mua pizza tặng khoai tây chiên và gà“. Bọn mình đến nhân viên hướng dẫn vào bàn, gọi món đều bình thường. Chuyện không đáng nói cho đến khi món ra. Từ đầu bọn mình đến, nhân viên không set up công cụ ăn uống chỉ có 4 tấm khăn trải bàn và cái đèn, không có công cụ ăn uống hay dĩa lẫn gia vị. Đầu tiên, nhân viên đưa nước mà không cầm mâm đàng hoàng, 2 tay bê 2 ly nước và chai Sprite để trên bàn, mình nhìn cách bạn bưng ra mà mình sượng luôn. Món đầu tiên là khoai tây chiên, nhân viên nam đưa món lên rồi không nói, không set up, không làm gì cho bọn mình. Tụi mình chờ tầm 2, 3 phút vì nghĩ chắc đang lấy công cụ nhưng rồi cũng không thấy gì. Tụi mình quay xuống nhìn lần đầu không nói, lần 2 thấy 3 bạn nhân viên đứng cuối dãy nói chuyện, xếp khăn. Khách thì ngồi đầu dãy mà nhân viên ở cuối dãy ngồi xếp khăn, nói chuyện không take care khách, tụi mình nhìn lần 3 hồi lâu thì mới có 1 nhân viên nam chạy lên hỏi “Anh chị cần gì“ thì tụi mình kêu cho công cụ ăn uống rồi bạn ấy lấy dĩa và công cụ từ cái bàn đã đặt, có bảng “Happy birthday“ đối diện. Món thứ 2 là mỳ ý lên, mình thấy nhạt nên muốn xin thêm gia vị, tụi mình phải gọi to vì nhân viên ở cuối dãy như phía trên mình đã kể. Mình xin gia vị gồm muối, tiêu và tương ớt mà bạn nhân viên nam đấy còn hỏi ngược lại mình “3 cái luôn hả”, chẳng lẽ giờ mình giải thích vì sao mình cần 3 cái. Lúc sau bạn bưng lên cho mình 3 chén, thà tương ớt để chén là đúng nhưng mà tiêu với muối ai để chén bao giờ, không có đựng hủ, mỗi lần ăn đều phải rắc tay muối với tiêu. Nhân viên không dọn dĩa hết, kiểu chỉ việc oder rồi đưa món lên còn lại để khách tự quản, tự làm. Mình để ý từ đầu đến cuối nhận thấy bạn nhân viên phục vụ bàn mình như kiểu mới vô nghề hoặc quán không training kĩ nhân viên mà cho ra phục vụ luôn. Mình chưa bao giờ ngồi quán nào mà vừa ăn vừa soạn văn để báo cáo lại cách làm việc của nhân viên quán luôn. Xin tạm biệt, lần đầu như lần...
