Absolutely terrific! My wife and I have eaten Thai food for years and have lived in Thailand for several months. We’ve tried three other Thai restaurants in Nha Trang, none of which excited us, and none of which was authentically Thai in terms of seasoning, flavors or textures. All three dishes we had, pad Thai, squid with vegetable medley, spices with chili and basil, and tofu yellow curry were superb. ONE OF THE BEST MEALS I HAVE HAD OF MY 2 MONTHS TRAVELLING SOUTH EAST ASIA!

My boyfriend and I saw that the restaurant had amazing reviews online and so we had to try it out. The menu had great options of both Thai and Vietnamese food. I ordered the pork with veg and rice noodles and My boyfriend got a spicy chicken and rice dish with cashews.

Notre récente visite nous a permis de savourer un trio de plats qui illustre parfaitement la maîtrise et la finesse de la cuisine proposée. En entrée, la salade de papaye verte nous a séduits par sa fraîcheur éclatante et son équilibre subtil entre acidité et douceur. Ce prélude annonçait déjà une symphonie de saveurs à venir.

Le plat emblématique de la cuisine thaï, le pad thaï, a confirmé nos attentes. Les nouilles sautées, parfaitement al dente, se mariaient harmonieusement avec les ingrédients soigneusement sélectionnés, créant une composition à la fois réconfortante et élégante.

Le point culminant de notre repas fut sans conteste le poisson frit, sublimé par une sauce tomate au tamarin et au basilic. Ce mets délicat témoignait d'une maîtrise technique irréprochable : une cuisson précise préservant la tendreté du poisson, rehaussée par une sauce aux notes à la fois acidulées et aromatiques.
