Ngoc Minh Restaurant — Restaurant in Ninh Bình

Among the dishes we ordered, our group especially liked the pork, chicken, and beef. I also enjoyed the vegetable soup with crab meat, it was delicious and served hot. Although some of us only tried the goat meat once, we would have eaten more if it had been more tender and less fatty.

The restaurant has a palace-like feel from the outside, giving a grand impression even before you step inside. It’s quite big, but the tables and chairs are placed so close to each other that whenever I stood up to go somewhere, my chair would bump into the one behind me.

Outside, there are several tourist spots nearby, making it an ideal location for a restaurant like this.

Nihn Bhin Thang An 으로 가는 길에 들린 베트남 로컬 음식을 전문으로 하는 음식점입니다 외관으로는 건물이 상당히 크구요 넓찍넓찍 합니다 점심 시간에 방문을 했는데, 들어서면 테이블 마다 음식을 미리 올려두어(?) 손님을 맞이하고 있습니다 테이블은 가운데 유리 테이블이 돌아가는 형태이고 앉아 있으면 따뜻한 국물과 흰밥을 들고 옵니다 반찬은 꽤 많고 흰밥, 닭 백숙, 계란 전, 베트남 전통 육수, 시금치 볶음, 삼겹살, 베트남식 제육볶음 삼겹살 말이 등등(주관적으로 느낀 반찬 종류 입니다) 많이 나옵니다 밥은 각자 먹을 만큼 덜어서 먹으면 됩니다 중간중간 가운데에 있는 탄산음료를 마시면서 입안 분위기를 바꿔 주면서 먹으니 맛있네요 저는 로컬을 무조건 먹어보고 느끼는 타입이라 2그릇 좀 더 먹었네요 반찬이 많이 나와서 배부르게 먹었네요 ㅎㅎ 후식으로는 수박이 나와서 배부르게 잘 마무리했네요 (한적한 마을 한가운데 있는 음식점이라서...
