The first thing that stands out about Madaam Thu is its beautiful decor. The restaurant is designed to resemble an ancient Hoi An house, with wooden furniture, lanterns, and traditional artworks. The attention to detail is impressive, and the result is a cozy and charming atmosphere that transports you back in time.
The service at Madaam Thu is top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that you have everything you need for a pleasant dining experience. They are also happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions you may have about the menu.
Speaking of the menu, the food at Madaam Thu is simply delicious. The restaurant specializes in local Vietnamese cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The standout dishes include the crispy spring rolls, the grilled pork with rice noodles, and the banana flower salad. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food.
Overall, Madaam Thu is a fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Ninh Bình. Whether you're in the mood for a romantic dinner or a casual lunch, the combination of excellent service, delicious food, and unique ambiance makes this restaurant...
Read moreA fantastic dinner for two....the duck came with 3 dishes, great value and a great tasting dish. As a New Zealanders we did not quite understand the volume as we thought we ordered for two but this could certainly been for 4. The Manager was awesome, very polite, professional, and had a good sharp eye if we needed anything.
