While the overall attraction offers a pleasant experience, the dining service included in the ticket package was highly disappointing and significantly diminished the quality of our visit. The staff at the restaurant were inattentive and displayed a lack of professionalism, and the management team appeared disengaged and unapproachable.

We had purchased a ticket that clearly stated it included a meal, yet we were treated as though we were receiving complimentary food. The attitude and service provided were unacceptable, especially given that the meal was pre-paid as part of the ticket package.

I strongly advise future visitors to avoid any “meal-included” or combo ticket options. Instead, I recommend purchasing a standard admission ticket online at a more reasonable price. Once inside, consider dining at the Jurafe Restaurant—the food quality is significantly higher, the environment is more pleasant, and the staff are far more courteous and accommodating.

After went through all the comment, I was about to skip this restaurant. However, because of the rain, I have no choice but to having my lunch here. It turned out not that bad at all. And yeah another detail review from myself: FOOD: I have a 300,000 Vietnamdong in voucher. I showed it to the staff, and they showed me the menu (a la carte). I ordered the spring rolls, the fried rice, and an orange juice, that was in total exact 300,000 Vietnamdong, so it was basically free to me. The food was not that excellent, but still, not that bad. (I am kind of 'If the food does not good, then I will not swallow it' person). Tips when ordering food in Vietnam: when in doubt, go for the fried rice. They are often in a safe level to eat. VIEW: only some outside table has the view to the Flamingo lake, but there was a bush in the middle so it is not a full view. Not that special, but still acceptable to me. To be honest worst food experience in whole vietnam trip. Chicken curry with rice. Only bones, skin and zero meat. They probably chopped whole chicken and do not hesitate to put it on the plate. I've asked staff if this is normal since there is no meat at all and I do not eat bones.
