I visited 3 times for lunch, breakfast and dinner. My first experience was not that good in service, however, it became better for my 2nd, 3rd visits.

Breakfast (Service 3/5, Taste 4/5) Service : Actaully breakfast buffet is very busy time. I understand staff cannot provide detail service . Staffs did their best to provide service.
Taste : Omlette was perfect.
Dinner (Service 5/5, Taste 4.5/5) Service : Staff decorated my table and wall for my husband's birthday. Also, staffs were very friendly and baby friendly as well. Deeply appreciate for the service.

Read moreIn general, the restaurant is not bad, and most dishes are tasty. However, there is chaos in terms of service. There is frequent misunderstanding regarding orders, and there were dishes that were impossible to eat. For instance, the carbonara with raw onions and so much sauce that it could be better described as a soup. We didn't understand why there was raw onion in it at all - we asked to remove it but it came back exactly the same so we gave up.
It's evident that senior waitstaff make an effort to maintain control over their colleagues, but it doesn't seem to help, and the service remains chaotic and takes forever! Each time we waited around 30-45 mins just for drinks, and food would take around an hour. And, of course, you have to remind the waitstaff to remove the dirty dishes otherwise they would just leave it on the table. Despite having plenty of staff, it seems like duties are distributed so poorly that senior waiters end up assisting with everything.
Paying for service and food almost at the same price as back home in Germany, I still expect a corresponding level, which is lacking here.

The arrogance of the hotel management is a prime example of why they have issues in the hotel. Instead of admitting their mistake, apologizing, and trying to find a way how to compensate for our bad experience, they can only come up with one million reasons, rude behavior, and excuses why it is not a problem of the hotel.
Their idea about compensation is to not ask us to pay for the dinner which gave us food poisoning. :D Funny enough, they wanted to reassure us how great their restaurant is so they invited us for lunch. I ordered medium-done steak and my girlfriend medium-done burger. I got a bloody steak and my girlfriend totally dry burger meat. If they cannot make even steak right, how should you trus them with fish and seafood? But they will be still looking into your eyes and telling that their restaurant is excellent and we got food poisoned elsewhere.
