The lunch I had here was delicious, with an excellent dessert, however I cannot recall if the dessert was complimentary or if there was an additional charge. The restaurant is conveniently located in Phan Rang with open space and tastefully decorated with ancient decor. The food is very delicious at an affordable price, and the drinks are refreshing.
