MrBin Coffee — Restaurant in Phan Thiết City

So... where do I start... Honestly speaking, the taste of the drink is decent but the service is incredibly ... TERRIBLE! I order a drink without ice and they gave me 1/3 of a serving instead if a full one. I questioned what happened to my drink and no-one wants to talk to me. Finally one girl came up and explained the situation. I asked for the manager and apparently, it’s the policy of their place: no ice= 1/3 of an actual serving. Isn’t this historical lol?! I visited this place on a weekday. It wasn't really crowded, but I have to change my table 3 times due to noises. There was a table of 4 ladies talking so loud, eating in the A/C room(which I found it's not politely to eat in the AC room). There's another man on his phone facetiming loudly, too. Literally, I couldn't enjoy my drink in peace. I ordered a black tea 30% sweet with boba, but It's still very sweet compared to other places. The coffee shop itself isn't very clean. Quán cà phê kèm theo món ăn ... Quán này nếu chấm điểm sẽ được 9/10 vì những điểm cộng sau:

1. thức ăn nước uống rất ngon..bạn sẽ tìm được nhiều loại nước uống và đồ ăn khá ngon vừa miệng, mắc rẻ còn tùy mỗi người, nhưng mình thấy giá cả rất hợp lý.

2. không gian thoáng mát, rộng rãi, thích hợp để học tập, giải trí, làm việc và còn là địa điểm thích hợp cho các chị em tám cả buổi mà không bị mỏi miệng. Một phần quan trọng nữa phòng vệ sinh rất sạch sẽ và hiện đại, một điểm cộng lớn.

3.) Cái không thể thiếu nếu nói về điểm cộng thì quán có dàn nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, tận tâm.. về khoảng này mình thấy quán là tốt nhất trong các quán mình đã trãi nghiệm.

4.) Mình để ý nhạc được mở phù hợp với từng lượt khách, đây cũng là một điều rất có tâm.
