Sweet Delights — Restaurant in Phan Thiết City

I went to this restaurant with 2 kids. I ordered a large cheese pizza, large size steak (with fries), shrimp tempura, 1 pepsi, 1 7-up and 3 mini donuts.

The waiter didn't notice me of Monday, Tuesday Pizza giving drink. I ordered drinks, and after that, they brought out to cup of pepsi and told me it's the gift of the restaurant. I asked them why they didn't tell me before so I didn't have to order any drink? Now I had to drink 4 cups of soft drink? They only said sorry, the waiter didn't know. Should I know then? I refused the gift and told them to give it to other table for me.

It was really bad service: they didn't introduce the promotion. (-) they didn't ask me what we want to drink, just give it out. (-). They did not find a solution. (Might free our order of drink - 2 soft drinks too) or give something else as apology, or whatever suitable. They kept pussing of us having 2 extra cups of soft drink for no reason, when they made a mistake, and I need to withold the penalty!?!) (-).

The kids enjoyed the donuts, pizza a little anf the shrimp tempura. I think the tempura was good, good sauce, but nothing special or stand out. The next good thing is the salad came with the steak.

Went here to satisfy a sweet craving. Their cakes are amazing which is quite rare in SE Asia. (edit: just had their tiramisu and it was not good. If blind testing I would have never guessed it was tiramisu. It is just a sweet tasteless lump of firm foam. Their cheesecake is way better) Went back for dinner and this was also above expectation. Their burger was good and the French fries were really amazing. Pumpkin soup was also good. The only slight disappointment was the Caesar salad which turned out to be a chicken salad without croutons, parmesan or anchovies. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't a Cesar salad. Overall a great place to eat with...

If you're talking about delicious, then you're talking about sweet delights. Sweet delights was the first restaurant in Vietnam that had tasty food and a clean interior, phenomenal. I just have one regret. That regret was craving for a (I hoped) delicious milkshake. If I hadn't chosen that milkshake I wouldn't be so nauseous. For some reason the milkfake just tasted like regular chocolate milk instead of a delicious milkshake. I was heavily disappointed by this inconvenience. That's why I"ll grant this restaurant only four stars...
