Over all I will give 3 stars. Here is our experience with Tobi Koi, we ordered Ginko seeds they were delicious, my dad enjoyed it as it was half open already for him. Salmon sashimi was fresh. Plain Grilled Scallops were the best we ate. Alcohol range is good size to choose. Mix Tempura was ok, but the prawns were small mostly batter, picture shows there is soft shell crab but in our plate there were none. Baked oysters with Mayo was OK, the oysters were mashy wasn't fresh enough to be served in a fine Japanese Restaurant. We ordered yellowtail roll and it was average, the fish was hardly there and rice was abit dry. The dishes we disappoint the most were our grilled Salmon head and grilled Saba. The staff were very poor in English so we showed the picture and used google translate and told them to do exactly like in the photo. The staff said yes then she asked what flavour we prefer, Soy Sauce or Teri. We choseTeri. The Salmon head dish was served all chopped up in small pieces, deep fried with batter and satueed again in Teriyaki sauce. We asked the staff to give us exactly like in the photo where the head is whole and just grilled. We were not explained in advance how it will come out when we chose Teri flavour and it won't be like in the photo. We were still hungry so we attempt again on Whole grilled saba. We pointed on the photo again and used google translate to give us exactly the same and explained what we mis communicated in the last dish and to let us know if the dish will come out different. The staff apologised and said it will come out exact this time. The Saba fish came in half, not in whole, but the way they cook is right at this time. It was actually grilled. But if you look at the menu , on the top left , half grilled saba is cheaper than whole saba( the whole grilled saba photo at the bottom of the menu, more expensive). We could not understand why they still make errors when we pointed at the photo from the menu and ordered. We were served only half and charged for the whole in the bill. We were happy with staff they were attentive and friendly but they need some training. The food is OK but not the quality of the price they charge. I would say the management does not have passion to run a fine Japanese dining. This quality is as same as counter sushi from your local market. I would still recommend this...

Read moreAn early pioneer among sushi establishments in town, this spot delivers fresh delicacies, exceptional service, and a snug ambiance complemented by a panoramic city view. Opting for a party of two or three is wise. Access requires using elevators throughout the hotel. Additionally, hosting a business dinner at this venue proves to be a delightful option. Overall, the experience here is quite positive.
Yet, the prices here tend to be on the higher side, making it less accessible for locals with moderate incomes compared to other options in the area. Another downside is limited parking; the only option is street parking if you...
