Restaurant in the Hanasa Pu Luong Ecolodge, with a view to the pool and the ricefields. We ordered one fresh spring roll plate and two main courses. One of the main course arrived first and the second one arrived ten minutes later, so we had to eat with a time lag. Spring rolls came with the second main course, tiny rolls, not much inside, although 8 pieces. Rice paper too dry and not very well rollled.

I ordered the steamed Co Lung duck with local bamboo shoots. The meat was a bit firm but very sweet and flavorful. The dipping sauce was perfectly balanced. The sticky rice, served with crispy stir-fried pork belly, carried the rich aroma of banana leaves, bamboo tubes, and sticky rice — truly delicious.
