The American Steak restaurant — Restaurant in Vinh

I never leave bad reviews but this was too much! You can't call your place the American steak restaurant and the stuff can't understand basic English words. I mean I even ordered a cola zero and we couldn't communicate even with this global easy thing. At first when I came in the waiter stood in front of me to get the order like seconds after giving me the menu. After some Google translate magic I managed to make her understand that I needed 1 min. Then in the middle of my order she LEFT because another table asked to pay! 😂 After waiting her to finish I finally ordered 3 plates. Mushroom scoop beef tagliata salad and lumb burger. But no...Only the mushroom soop was available! So she came and pretty much "demanded" that I choose another plate, instead of apologizing and asking if there is something else I would like to order. In the meantime she brought a normal coke instead of zero that I ordered so I told her to take it back. And that was the moment "she gave up with me" and asked another man to serve me. at least he understood some English.i finally ordered also chicken curry. The atmosphere? A monotonous Piano music playing on the background, nothing to do with the time and the place and the guy watching videos on his phone 100% volume. Mushroom soop was pretty good and the curry was decent, but my nightmare wasn't over. They didn't accept credit card and tap n pay. Only qr and cash and unfortunately I run out at the moment. After some arguing we agreed that the guy will follow me to the hotel (2min ride) so that i could pay. I only write good reviews when the service and food is really good. I wouldnt leave a good review, but I wouldn't also leave a but review for the food if everything else wasnt that bad.

I saw this restaurant on Google Maps and checked out the reviews. The food looked good and the reviews were really good. So I had to try it.

I didn't know when I was going to be able to come back to Vinh so I went all out. I had the 250gram Ribeye Steak Medium Rare and the Cheese Burger. Both were really good. I didn't know Vinh could kick out a place like this.

The temperature of the Ribeye was the definition of a Medium Rare. The temperature is not always the easiest to nail and the chef did it right. I have pictures to prove it.

The Burger was well done which is my fault. I didn't ask for it to be Medium, but the Burger taste really good. Flavors were on point.

As for the style of the restaurant, it is definitely not an american style but you can't expect that much coming from a small city like Vinh. Just to have the food done really well is a surprise to me. I totally recommend anyone to come and give this place a try. Because I would definitely...
