Sorry to give one star but I want to ask do you serve halal food at your restaurant?

I have come back with another review, I understand there has been some improvements to the restaurant, one of the improvement done was the upgrading of the menu, but I must bring this to your attention. I have come there twice to have Indian food, in simpler words it was not giving, I advise you to find an authentic Indian chef, or train one of your own. What makes an Indian dish stand from the rest is the incorporation of different spices(not chili) although chill adds a factor and I know a person can request for no chili. I love your restaurant, the ambiance is always 100 and the waiters are effective and polite but please please work on the Indian food. I must add the way the food is being served is not polite. We came to this place with a group in a four people, in the same time and the same table! I took order of ice latte, they did bring for me hot coffee and the glass of ice. Also we took order of 1 pasta, 2 salads and 2 steak. What do u thinking? They didn’t understand that we’re company - one girl had her dinner, after 15 minutes one of the steaks, and only when I was totally angry and asked the waiter where’s my order she come to check in the kitchen because it’s already took too much long time. Consistently (have been here on numerous occasions, this one being the worst) slowest service I've ever had..coffee and food took over 1.5 hours to arrive, this was especially disappointing as the venue was almost empty (10am Monday morning). A few half hearted apologies blaming a 'broken' coffee machine - they came out one by one every 15 mins (we were 5 people waiting for cappuccinos) but that didn't explain why the food took 90 minutes to arrive. To top it all off, we were charged extra to have one of the meals packed in a takeaway box as we'd run out of time to finish - I asked for this to be removed but to no avail.
