I’ve been to Debonairs Pizza Twin Palm a few times. It’s relatively new as it was opened this year (2024). It took over from another pizza place that wasn’t doing too well. The franchise association helps in this case as Debonairs is beloved through out Zambia and is one of the oldest Pizza Places around. Their pizza is great as expected. Not the cheapest but better quality than most. I didn’t order a pizza on the day I took my photos but I have had pizza here before. Their ice cream is good but not the best (at Twin Palm Mall). Their service is also good, as expected. About that atmosphere though, this particular Debonair has 2 sitting areas; one inside next to the ovens (orthodox), and one outside in a tent of sorts. The tent space used to be the only designated sitting area at Twin palm mall before Debonairs claimed it so, that was tough to swallow. Now you have to pay something to sit here but it it’s nice and fancy. With that said, it still doesn’t beat the inside space (next to the ovens), that nice and warm. I am curious to see what it will be like in the rain season. This a great place to hang out with friends and family, great music and good service. Great food, plenty of parking, free toilets ( mall toilets on either end of the mall), and somewhat ease of wheelchair accessibility as long as you come in on the ShopRite end of the mall.

This is not what I expected! I ordered crammed decker - chicken and all I could taste was the onions and mushrooms, and basically the dough who was hard to chew. This is one of the expensive pizzas you have and honestly the value doesn’t match the quality. I’m very disappointed.

Debonnairs pizza is wonderful, the staff are on point too. The Kabulonga branch is very enthusiastic and motivated. The place is clean and very sanitable.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Debonairs Twin Palm today. I placed an order and was assured it would arrive within 30 minutes. However, after two hours, there was still no delivery. When I followed up, I was told the rider was just starting off due to rain in his area. Another hour passed, yet still nothing. Worse, my calls were ignored multiple times, and when they were finally answered, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. I was simply told the rider would call me, but even after waiting in Ibex Hill for another 30 minutes, I received nothing.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. If Debonairs Twin Palm cannot meet delivery times, they should be honest with customers rather than making empty promises. Ignoring customer calls and responding with rudeness only adds to the frustration. I won’t be ordering from this branch again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting...

I ordered a large Beef Steak & Mushroom at Twin Palm Mall Branch. The toppings really shocked me. I couldn't taste any mushrooms, and the meat was very small pieces, more like droplets. The only thing I could taste was the overpowering sauce. The order was done on Wednesday around 1PM.

I must say it was my worst pizza experience. Improve on the topping your pizza should have value for the...
