My dining experience at Dil Restaurant was absolutely amazing. The highlight of the day, of course, was the outstanding food. Dil Restaurant exceeded my expectations with their bold and authentic flavors that showcased the quality of their ingredients. If you have the chance to visit Dil Restaurant, I highly recommend trying their butter chicken (forgotten the traditional name) The butter chicken, on the other hand, was a culinary masterpiece. The tender chicken, marinated in an exquisite blend of spices, was cooked to perfection, resulting in a succulent dish bursting with layers of deliciousness. However, while the majority of my experience at Dil Restaurant was exceptional, there was one aspect that left me slightly underwhelmed—the masala tea. As a fan of Indian beverages, I had high expectations for their masala tea. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my hopes. The flavors were somewhat lacking, and I found it to be slightly weaker than what I had anticipated. While this was a minor disappointment in an otherwise outstanding meal, I believe it's important to provide an honest review. Despite the slight letdown with the masala tea, I firmly believe that Dil Restaurant is now my go to place for indian food. Their commitment to culinary excellence is evident in every aspect of the dining experience. I am already eagerly anticipating my next visit to Dil Restaurant. With so many more dishes to explore and savor, I know it will be another remarkable experience. If you find yourself in Lusaka and in search of exceptional Indian cuisine, don't hesitate to pay a visit to Dil Restaurant. You won't be disappointed, except perhaps by the masala tea.

Instead of tender mutton meat, we received disgusting rest parts and cartilages that were mixed in a curry and tasted like rotten meat! It was divered via Afri Delivery. Del restaurant apologised and was obviously embarrassed when I talked with them on the phone. But they were even dishonest about getting back to us to set it right. We paid a comparatively high price for a meat dish but received garbage like food. I wouldn't recommend this even to an enemy! There are many great Indian restaurants in Lusaka, you don't have to let these people fool you.

Dined at Dil Restaurant, great food, very friendly service, good value for money. I believe if they work on their ambience and/or renovate their restaurant it will be a great place to dine at. But overall good experience was great. We ordered Chicken Sizzler, Murgh Kolapuri, Daal Makhni, Naan bread and Zeera rice. Great experience.

Over the long weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting Dill Restaurant with family and friends, and it turned out to be the perfect spot to relax, eat, and enjoy some quality time together.

They serve both Indian and Chinese cuisine, but let me tell you their Indian food is a solid 10/10! From the rich, flavorful curries to the perfectly spiced naan and biryani, every dish felt authentic and freshly made. It’s the kind of meal that makes you want to go back for more.

The restaurant itself has a calm, cozy vibe, making it ideal for a laid-back outing with family or a catch-up session with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.

If you’re in Lusaka and craving delicious Indian cuisine, I highly recommend giving Dill Restaurant a try. You won’t be...

I have been a loyal customer of DIL for over 10 years now, and the quality has never been compromised — not in taste, not in portion size, and not in service. The Indian food here is consistently amazing. The flavors are rich and authentic, and you can truly taste that the food is made with love.

What I really appreciate is that whether you dine in or order for delivery, the quality remains the same — flavorful, generous, and always satisfying.

Thank you to the entire team behind the DIL. We truly appreciate the consistency and care you put into every meal. Please keep doing what...
