Binnie Corporate Lodge — Hotel in Lusaka Province

A great place to stay if you want to be in the Kabulonga area. This peaceful and quiet property should probably be listed as a Bed and Breakfast. It has 11 rooms of varying sizes and arrangements. All were very elegant a while ago but a few are a bit faded (plumbing, carpet, draperies), while others are more updated. Our room was one of the latter -- it was huge, with a very comfortable bed, four comfortable armchairs, a desk and table, and beautifully decorated. All the rooms have flat screen TVs. The extensive public rooms are elegant and well-maintained, as is the outdoor pool and lovely gardens. The staff is outstanding; there are many of them, they are attentive and helpful. Breakfast was made-to-order English breakfast (with fruit, cereal, and yogurt available buffet style). Dinner can be ordered (for an extra fee). The wifi consistently worked well, as did the A/C. Parking is secure. When finding the lodge, note that the sign just lists the street address, in keeping with the quiet vibe.
