We (3 of us) met up there after work just to wind down. It had rained so outdoor seats were wet leaving only the patio and inside spaces so we sat out on the patio. The place wasnt crowded (Thursday after work). From the parking lot I could feel the thump of the music. We asked them to at least lower the volume as we had been shouting across the table just to be heard (even our waitress could not hear our order- she kept bending towards us getting so close). We requested this 3 times but nope. It was simply too loud. When our food came, we sent it back and asked them to pack it so that we could have it at home. So today I decided to take my kids for lunch at Keg. I order a platter for K380 and the waiter tells me, it won't be enough for 4 people. I trusted him because he works there and obviously knew what he was talking about so I ordered an extra plate. He brought the platter and it was enough for 5 people. I was very angry because it was way above my budget and could have spent the money on something else. Added to that was the undercooked chicken, burnt nuggets, not properly done milkshakes and we waited for too long before we could eat. Then the guy kept going on and on about hes overworked for the day 🙄. I was the most unhappy customer today....
