I have never ordered by phone but yesterday I called to order for Christmas. I was warmly put in touch with an amazing lady by the name of Sharon. She was so assuring that my order would be handled well. Today I came in and she was there smiling and organising my order. Waterfalls panarottis is warm and I will be back. After my initial Smokey Deal Pizza wasn't prepared up to spec, I reached out to management and aired out my sentiments. Management contacted me, acknowledged their error, apologized and rectified it by offering me another pizza gratis. Much better...

Very slow order times. They seem to have multiple tills but only have 1 staff member taking orders. Seems a bit redundant. Maybe invest a few more Kwatcha into paying a salary for 2 tellers especially during lunch hour to avoid long queues....
