Tom’s Burger Ibex Hill — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

Tom's burger for me was a mixture of high highs and low lows. Now, I am rating this for what it is, a small restaurant that specialises in burgers and fries. And that's what we got; my sisters and I that is.

The burgers themselves were excellent for the price. Better than Steers in my opinion BUT, steers was also... (dare I say it) cheaper. Yes, these burgers were a little on the high side price wise but they were justified especially with the quality of fries. What was not justified for me, was the drinks. At the time we went, they didn't have any and the lady waiting our table had to dash out to the super market nearby to get some. That was great customer service but it could have been avoided. This was noon so they had the time, they could have done it earlier.

Otherwise, the atmosphere for me was "meh", nothing to write home about but you can tell, it has potential.

Terrible experience at Tom’s Burger M. We waited almost an hour for our food and had to remind the server that we were still waiting. She got the order wrong and even tried to charge us again after we had already paid.

The hygiene was also shocking — no gloves while preparing the food, she kept leaving to take other orders, and never washed her hands in between.

When the food finally came, it was very disappointing. The burger patty was dry, falling apart, and had barely any sauce. The fries were crunchy but way too dry. Definitely not worth the money...

I am very upset. @tom’s burger what nonsense is this. I ordered BBQ spare ribs+ french fries to be delivered . Only for me to receive beef loaded fries. Like seriously, what kind of games are these. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please learn to respect customer’s preferences. It’s better for you to highlight to the customer that what they have ordered it is out of stock rather than you silently cancelling their order and substituting it with whatever you want. This has to stop instantly. Am very disappointed with...
