Skydiving at Newcastle was my very first jump and a long-awaited tick on my bucket list. Reaching Newcastle from Sydney is convenient, with two options: a scenic three-hour train journey or a quicker 75-minute drive.
From the moment I arrived, the skydiving team made me feel welcome with their warmth and professionalism. The sunny weather added to the experience, and my tandem instructor, Bryon, was outstanding. His friendly demeanor and light-hearted conversation helped calm my nerves, and his effort to communicate a few words in Hindi was a delightful surprise.
Before the jump, the team played an informative video and clearly explained the critical safety procedures, ensuring I felt well-prepared. Bryon also captured every moment on camera—from the thrilling plane exit with a 360-degree swirl, to the adrenaline-filled 60 seconds of freefall.
Once the parachute opened, Bryon added to the adventure with aerial maneuvers, spinning in multiple directions while giving me the chance to soak in the breathtaking scenery. The contrast of blue shades across the river, sea, and land was simply unforgettable.
Overall, the experience was beyond expectations—thrilling, safe, and beautifully executed. A must-try adventure for anyone...
Read moreI booked skydive 15,000ft with Sydney city transfer. Best decision I ever made!!! Driver was on time and my partner was allowed to tag along without extra charges. Skydiving experience - the scenery was just amazing. My Instructor Cam, with 14 years of experience - just WOW, was so nice and friendly, he made sure I was alright before, during and after the jump as I was nervous. Actually, all the staffs there were nice and friendly. They welcome us warmly. My partner even decided to join last minute (lucky for us, it wasn’t crowded on the day we went) and he said it was the best 600 dollars he ever spent. If you’re still considering, stop & just go for it! Once in a lifetime (which is why we paid additional for photos and videos! taken by professional instructors with photographer and videographer skills). Thank you! I will be sure to visit again, maybe another...
Read morePure disrespect for our ex-servicemen during Anzac Day Dawn Service at Pelican RSL. During the dawn service this company thought it was a good idea to take off right next door to the service, to have the drone of the engine circling above us for an extended period drowning out the frail voices of our elderly returned servicemen, the last post, and the minute silence was absolutely disgraceful, and to cap it off to have parachuters right overhead yahooing with joy above a solemn remembrance service, was in my view was appalling. This company should have known better and could have waited until 7am to start. Let’s hope in the future they show some respect and honour for our ANZACS. Wayne...
