Panorama See — Attraction in Bashkia Finiq

BEWARE scam!!! Do not go here. Whoever is in charge of the vicinity for the blue eye need to get these people there at the parking station and the ones who are in charge of the bikes get them out of there as they are trying to scam the tourists of big money. They wanted 1000 for parking the car.. then they wanted another 1200 each person for a bike to go through and further down wanted another 3000 for both people to get in. That's a load of crap. Get these people out.. you can drive down further to the eye but they stop you before u can go in to make their money by scams. Was happy going to the blue eye before arriving and when I arrived it was a big turn off. Will not be returning that is what broke the camels back I will not be returning to albania because of THIS!. So if you wish to have tourists go there you must stop this scams because then soon no one will be going. Imagine what they do everywhere else if they are doing these scams there. Get the police get the council get someone with some knowledge to fix this up. Otherwise say goodbye to your tourism albania. You've already got a bad name in Sarande and ksmile don't make it...

A beautiful view point on the small hill on the Eastern hiking path not far away from the Blue Eye.

It provides a slightly different but beautiful perspective of the spring and because the path is more challenging than the tarmac on the East side of the reservoir, there are significantly less tourists, so you can actually enjoy the view.
