My spouse and I visited Nicole’s Table on 12/23/2022 and were impressed with the stunning views and friendly atmosphere from the minute we walked in. We were greeted with an offer for some passion fruit juice or a cold glass of water upon arrival and then were able to relax for a bit and enjoy the beautiful patio as we waited for the rest of the participants to arrive. It was evident from the start of our Cooking with Rum Class that Nicole is an extremely talented chef and that she was going to make our day fun and engaging. We were able to enjoy our low key instruction with another couple and were fortunate enough to have an extended, multi-generational family (some who were from Antigua and still lived there) also join the class. As we all tagged team and made our way through our recipes with Nicole and her assistant Iana we snacked on Nicole’s Tostones with a yummy dip and then got to a point where our group was able to continue to join in with some of the finishing touches on our meal or take Nicole’s husband, Adam, up on an offer to do a rum tasting. We choose the rum tasting and it did not disappoint. Adam is knowledgeable and passionate about rum and the island of Antigua. He cleverly mixed in facts, along with stories to make the rum tasting entertaining. After the rum tasting our food was finished and we were treated with a whole table full of delicious food on the patio — Sweet Potato Soup with Rum, Rum and Brown Sugar Chicken Thighs with Onion Jam, Red Beans and Rice, Rainbow Garden Salad, Iana’s Pumpkin Fritters…and of course, Nicole’s Butter Rum Cake! My mouth is watering for all of these again as I type this. We would highly recommend this to anyone, but particularly to those who enjoy cooking and want to enjoy an experience unique to the...

My wife and I attended a Caribbean cooking class recently at Nicole's Table. We weren't sure what to expect but were delighted to discover that the people, food, ambiance and over all learning experience were far better than we could have imagined.

Nicole and her staff were very friendly. She demonstrated and then assisted us and the other people attending to help us produce a delicious meal of, Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Salsa, Plantain's wrapped in Bacon, Red Beans and Rice, Green Salad and Coconut Tart.

I am very average in the kitchen but Nicole some how made me feel like a real Chef.

When the meal was ready we all sat together at a communal table, on a beautiful hill top terrace, with a breath taking view of the island and sea. We enjoyed some very fine wine along with our savory creation.

Before leaving we were all given a recipe booklet and we purchased a few jars of Nicole's homemade Hot Sauce and Tomato Chutney.

The food and fellowship were so enjoyable we attended a vegetarian class a few days later and prepared, Vegetable Samosas, Stewed Chick Peas, Vegetable Curry, Spinach with Coconut Milk and Coconut Tart.

We highly recommend Nicole's Table as a fantastic food experience to anyone...

Where do we begin? My husband and I selected the Curry option. I must say, my husband is West Indian and the purpose of taking the Curry class was to see differences in the styles of cooking curry. The menu we were preparing was long - 7 items including rice - does rice count? We started with a beverage - which is always nice! Then we prepared a healthy snack that we could nosh on during our time prepping the meal. From the main dish to the sides to the dessert - time flew by! Nicole was warm and welcoming and the conversation and laughs never ended. Nicole was patient and funny. Finally, being able to sit down and share the meal with Nicole and Adam and one of their daughters was the cherry on top of the outing. I can't forget to mention the view from the veranda, the flowers in the garden and welcoming atmosphere, we truly enjoyed ourselves, definitely enjoyed the food and the company was top notch. So much so - we forgot to take pictures of the food we prepared! Not to mention, you get to take the recipes home with you! We will definitely visit Nicole's table again when we are back in Antigua! Thanks again Nicole and Adam for welcoming us into your home and showing us a relaxing,...

What a fun day! Nicole's table is in a beautiful home located up a secluded drive. We were happily greeted upon arrival and offered a delicious passion fruit juice to drink. Two other couples joined us and we got to know them as Nicole and her assistant Iana got everything ready. At 11am, Nicole began explaining the origins of jerk cooking and all the spices we were going to be using. We all took turns participating in creating the delicious meal. We made fried plantains and yucca with pineapple salsa and a zesty, creamy dip. Of course there was jerk chicken which was marinated in a flavorful concoction that just tasted amazing. We also made rice and beans and pumpkin fritters. We also had a yummy salad, and the dessert we prepared were these wonderful coconut custard tarts. After the knives were put away, she offered us some delectable rum punch to drink with our lunch that we enjoyed outside on the gorgeous veranda. It was an outstanding experience that I would highly recommend to all! Thanks Nicole and Iana!

The experience was top notch. The home setting was beautiful. Nicole's family and Staff was such a pleasure. They make you feel like you're family or long time friends. The atmosphere is so inviting. I made a mistake and wasn't able to attend my original appointment date but they were so accommodating and made it possible for me to reschedule. I was able to make pumpkin fritters, plantain chips with dip, buffalo shrimp tacos with cabbage slaw, mango salsa, blackened salmon, rice and peas, and coconut tarts from scratch. I was amazed that I did all of that in 4 hrs while enjoying good ol' rum punch. Nicole and Anya made the teaching process easy to follow. With a beautiful view, good music, great vibes, and amazing food, you truly cannot complain. I will definitely be back and bring family/friends to enjoy this wonderful experience.
