One afternoon watching the ocean under the clear blue Kingston sky, I felt happy as I took each step on the white sand. The park next to the beach is an amazing playground for children to have fun. If possible, you can bring a bicycle or scooter. Otherwise, jogging is also great. The bathrooms are clean, and the parking lot is quite good. If you have time, you can walk to Hallet Cove in any season, but the most enjoyable thing for me is still beautiful sunny days, like today. Or if you go with a small group, you can have a picnic in the spring breeze as well. Come here and enjoy in your own way.

This is the southernmost point of Adelaide Plains, where the Eden-Burnside fault crosses the shoreline. A special place, no wonder that it is steeped in history, both aboriginal and settler. We have Kingston House and the Tjilbruke Monument to commemorate it, also some modern art. There are walks along the shore, where the beach gives way to Marino rocks and on the cliff face. That is a lot of change in scenery within a very short distance. A great place to walk, picnic or just relax and take it in. There is something for all age groups and fitness levels.

Beautiful spot for walking, cycling, jogging. We often walk along the Hallett Cove boardwalk to Kingston Park and no matter what time of year it is, the scenery is pretty! Public toilets are available and a nice shady playground for kids. There is also a neat caravan park at Kingston Park which faces the water. Very popular spot in the warmer months.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kingston Park Coastal Reserve Beach, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The serene atmosphere, coupled with a gentle breeze and the sun shining brightly overhead, made for a perfect day outdoors.

This location is fantastic for both couples and families. The scenic beauty is breathtaking, with expansive ocean views that are hard to resist. As I walked along the coastline, I couldn’t help but appreciate the well-maintained playgrounds that are perfect for kids. It’s clear that this area is designed for enjoyment and relaxation.

One of the highlights was the various relics scattered along the beach, which add character and a sense of history to the environment. It’s a lovely touch that complements the natural beauty. If you’re feeling peckish, there are ample spots to grab a bite to eat "SeaCliff", allowing you to soak up the peaceful ambiance as you enjoy your meal.

The amenities here are well thought out, with clean toilets and cafes that cater to your needs. There’s even a camping area for those who want to fully immerse themselves in this beautiful setting. I was particularly impressed by the presence of kite surfers, making it an exciting spot for water sports enthusiasts.

In summary, Kingston Park Coastal Reserve Beach is the ideal destination for a day of relaxation and enjoyment. With the options to camp, surf, eat, and stroll along the beach, it truly offers something for everyone. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and reconnect with nature, this is definitely the spot to visit. Highly recommended!

There are also many trails perfect for running and hiking, providing additional opportunities to explore the stunning surroundings. Don’t forget to take photos along the way, especially for couples looking to capture their special moments against such a picturesque backdrop.
