Wasn't first experience at Zip lining, have had many experiences and this was unfortunately one of the scariest.
Firstly they didn't have clear safety instructions when giving descriptions of what equipment was ; such as pods. There were no helmets and no clear signs on correct clothing required and as we went from staff to staff they all have different opinions on what was allowed and what wasn't. They also didn't provide shoes to hire and lockers for personal items. Secondly the equipment wasn't smooth, the zip lining clasps did not roll smoothly along the cable, when you fell it was hard to move yourself. When moving along you often got jolted and it was very bumpy. The clasps were also often very hard to attach to the course, and this is coming from a fully grown adult, let alone a child. Making you feel not safe at all. The equipment wasn't set out very well providing it hard and sore to get around also ending up tangled in all the ropes. Thirdly the staff where not very explanatory or helpful, when frightened there is no emergency exists to get off you either have to finish the course or turn around and re-complete the courses before hand to get off the entire activity. Lastly the pricing of this activity is ridiculously high and not having a difference in pricing from concession, child or adult options this makes for a very expensive outing for a family. Would not recommend at this point, some serious adjustments...
Read more4 of us went together - me, my husband, my sister (17) and brother (15). We all had heaps of fun, easily spent over 2 hours playing around. My sister was terrified of the hight and was too scared to try most of the activities - this is where the staff were awesome. One of the girls stayed with her for at least 15 minutes and walked with her around the centre platform, she was very encouraging and helped her get the confidence to try the basket ride. Another girl hooked onto one of the activities with her and walked her across, they were really nice and I appreciate the time they all spent with her. The rest of us were quite comfortable on the whole structure, there are activities there for everyone - some I didn't have the confidence to do but there were plenty there I could do and had heaps of fun. Also I'm reasonably unfit so if I can do it... I think this is suitable for everyone. We found the pricing reasonable - $55 per person for 2 hours on all levels (they don't seem to monitor this, I guess it depends on how busy). We paid $48 pp because we were in a group of 4, there is also a discount for booking online but we just booked in person. I think if you only want to do the lowest level, it's $33 pp for 2 hours. Everyone around us looked to be enjoying themselves, we saw a big range of ages, children and adults. A good active family day out,...

Wife and I decided to try something adventurous whilst in Adelaide and boy did this live up to our expectations and then some.
The entire park serves up a great variety of challenges, while also being accessible to most people. Although I must admit, I wasn't fit enough to conquer a few of them, so YMMV.
We're not the most athletically gifted individuals but still had no issues in participating in the various activities. No issues aside from the crippling fear of heights, of course 😂
The harness system is extremely safe and provides redundancy of protection as well, which I inadvertently tested when trying to bicycle across a dangling platform with one out of the two hooks not firmly secured.
A huge shout out to the staff (the name escapes me) who helped us out throughout the entirety of the course. My wife, especially, really needed that extra boost of confidence that the staff were able to provide.
If possible, do try and go on a weekday, on a late afternoon slot. It allows you to pace yourself while not holding anyone else up. The staff will also be relatively free, and can help you navigate them tricky obstacles.
Pro tip: I highly recommend shelling out some extra bucks and renting a go-pro cam from the facility. The photos and videos are absolutely worth whatever the 20...
