Eric Singleton Bird Sanctuary — Attraction in Bayswater

A friend told me recently about this place...I didn't even know it existed! But I am so glad that I checked it out because it's magnificent. The Wetlands with such a variety of birds preening on branches which are partly submerged, padding ankle- deep through the swampy areas foraging for food or swimming for the pure delight of it. The best place to take doggos in the Perth area, period. Massive grassed areas for the ball chasers, little beach and river for the swimmers, plenty of shade for the sitters. Bbq areas, fenced playground, plenty of poop bins, coffee van, gazebos, paths, jetty. This is our pooches happy place.
