Ellis House Art Centre — Attraction in Bayswater

My partner and I attended an exhibition here and the artwork is truly fabulous! Full of "REAL" art in my opinion. I really loved it and the building is surrounded by lush greenery and has a beautiful wooden ramp walkway (one of two entrances) through this green area and a little open hut that I imagine would be a good place for 1-4ppl to have a picnic. What a lovely space, inside and out of this gorgeous heritage house that still has a homely feel to it.... it's quite charming. There is quite an array of art work and as we were there for a book launch I only got a short look around, but I believe they do workshops here too. Definitely worth checking out if you're curious. Gorgeous heritage listed building not far from Perth City. Home to an Art Gallery and a place for creatives to get together. The gardens and surrounds are gorgeous also with lavender and roses.
