Red Rooster Bayswater — Restaurant in Western Australia

This Red Rooster in Bayswater is very hit and miss with the quality of the food. Sometimes the food is what you woukd expect from a fast food outlet and other times its terrible. Very inconsistent. When its good, its good & when its bad its terrible. Chips are soggy and greasy and smell bad, chicken is overcooked and small and portions sizes are smaller. The positives: ladies behind the counter are always friendly and efficient. The negatives: the chooks (like every other red rooster outlet) are at best not even half cooked. They are extremely raw inside. They need to be roasted far more!! I actually got sick after eating a portion last week!! The chooks themselves are extremely small. Everytime i have been to this red rooster recently i have been served with a horrible attitude, every staff member is very impolite and sassy. Clearly they did not undergo enough customer service training as the first thing you learn is to smile and be polite.

The food was wrong twice in a row and is always cold by the time it gets to you.

Overall ridiculous waits, very mid food and horrible service.
